i walk this lonely road [open]

A pair of pokemon huddled under a tree, hiding from the rain. It
was the only thing they knew to do, as they were only hatched
recently. Holding the other in his arms was Bagon, eyes shut and
trying to block out the world. In his arms was Dratini, doing
the same.

Unlike them, Vaporeon was out playing in the rain, not minding
it at all. She was wandering, and spotted the young ones. She
began to make her way over.

Bagon peered up at Vaporeon. He instinctively narrowed his eyes
and lowered his body, trying to seem threatening. Sadly, his
small size and the fact that he was holding a whimpering Dratini
only made him seem weak. The Dratini wiggled around, eyes
focused on the pokemon, who she had yet to know.

her head.

Bagon opened his mouth to speak, only to become stunned. Oh no.
Words. What were words? What are they? Oh no, hes screwed.
"Where else would we have to go?" Dratini squeaked, finding a
voice and words. Bagon stared at her, still holding on tight.

offered.
