i knoww that, i mean like, what kind of power would a rank one
or two have?
for example, rank one has fire powers and rank eight has super
sight, because fire powers are more powerful than super sight
not that i actually think that but i hope you know what i mean

i kind of get what you mean, but ill jsut give an example
they might be able to have something like being able to control
someones mind or body for a certain amount of time
then this compared to a lower number, which would be something
like being able to control fire or water or something
