"Would you like me to tutor you? Its not that hard... unless you
don't want to get wet." She smirked, slightly giggling at the
thought that Toothpaw wouldn't want to get wet. It would be
hilarious, to be honest.

"Sure, sounds fun." he meowed, then smiled with amusement.
"Haha, I think I'll survive." He wasn't afraid of water or
anything, right? Meh, he couldn't remember. That would be sort
of weird if he was.

"Great! Its really easy, I promise." she giggled, turning off
course and walking towards the nearby river.

Toothpaw smiled and followed after her, quickening his
footsteps.

Angelic slowed down when the river was in sight. She walked up
to it and sat at the edge. "So, what do you know about fishing?"

Toothpaw settled down beside her, the river's water threatening
to splash at his paws as he tried to gather all the information
in his head. "Well, um...I know that....you have to be quick..?
Now that I really think about it, I know nothing," he corrected
himself, a small chuckle leaving his open jaws.

Angelic nodded encouragingly. "That's a start. But not only do
you have to be fast, but you can't be seen, like regular
prehly." She shifted slightly, checking her shadow. "Fish can't
see very well, so they'll be looking for movements and shadows,
which is why you should never leave one on the water."

Okay, that made sense. When he noticed her movement, he looked
down at the water to make sure his own wasn't alarming fish.
Turns out it was smack down in the middle of the stream, causing
Toothpaw to step back so it wasn't hanging over little swimmers.
"There."

The white and gray she-cat purred. "Perfect." She said, smiling
as she searched the water. Angelic grinned hen she spotted a
slim silver fish. "There. You see it?"

Toothpaw stared at the shimmering body slithering through the
water. Should he get it? Well, yeah, she pointed it out! He
didn't hesitate another second and swiftly swiped at it with
unsheathed talons, a soft splash following. But alas, he missed.
"Dang," he muttered quietly, shaking his wet paw and returning
it to its original position. "I'll get the next one," he assured
her. How hard could this be?
