A sandy brown wolf stood on a hill, yawning. He was a lone wolf,
to simply say. And he didn't want to keep it that way.

( wolf roleplay = heart eyes )
A whitish gray she-wolf trotted through the thin forest, her
tired paws walking across the pine needle-covered ground. As
young Rhys started to climb up a large mound, she caught a
scent. She immediately stopped in her tracks and sniffed the air
some more, her yellow eyes wide with caution. Another wolf.
Honestly, she wasn't sure whether to be excited to meet a new
friend or scared for her life. Yes, he was alone, but Rhys was
still quite weak from the lack of food. She wasn't very
confident that she could fight a big male off, if he turned out
to be that much stronger than her.

The sandy would didn't scent the she-wolf, as the wind was going
the opposite direction. Despite that, he started moving toward
her, his tail low and eyes narrowed, as he didn't have the best
eyesight (which was odd, considering his young age.) He picked
up his pace into a trot when he saw the faint outline of the
she-wolf.

Now that she could see him, her body tensed and braced itself
for anything. She didn't want to seem hostile, yet, she wanted
to protect herself. Rhys raised her tail slightly and cautiously
started to walk over, her soft yellow eyes narrowing to get a
better look at this stranger.

The male let his face and muscles relax, not wanting to seem
like any sort of a threat. "Hello." he greeted as he neared her,
making it obvious that he was looking her over and checking
around. "Are you alone?" he questioned, squinting his eyes as he
checked the landscape.
