( this will be about changes to fc. Nothing big like name
changing, but maybe things like creating a new 'starclan',
creating new ranks, or even adding on to the antimale thing. I
need Lakewaves and Toughkit here due to them being high
positions. Any other cat is free to join as well - just note
that males' plans may be held back. )
