Yeah. You'd think he'd stop after this, but no! Not Tigerpaw.
"Well if you want get technical about it, there's only a 50/50
chance that even happens. And when it does happen, it doesn't
make you high. It causes you to start acting like a she cat in
heat. Hence the kits." he paused for a minute. "You know, I
don't get why your so grumpy about it. I understand Victorycry.
It's rather embarrassing being corrected by someone younger that
you. But why are you two getting your tails in a twist. It's not
like I'm making fun of you."

The apprentice padded a bit farther into the herb storage. He
came back with a piece of wood. "Alder bark, soothes toothaches
and distracts kitten queens.. I think."

The russet tabby tilted his head to the side. "Interesting." he
said, slightly to himself, before dropping back down into his
vast internal world that only a schizoid could create. He didn't
like where things had been going. It was safer in his head.

I hope I'm not too late... Toothkit prayed, slinking into the
area. "E-Excuse me..." He squeaked, a lisp due to the long tooth
sticking out of his mouth beginning to cover his little pair of
words. "Can I join?" His large paws kneaded the ground after his
rump flopped onto the ground.

Rootkit groaned.
"Could everyone please just quiet down? I'm getting a headache-
and not the kind that can be healed by herbs! Let's all agree
that the Medicine cat is right, that Victorycry is right, but
also say that Tigerpaw, how can you know this stuff? Are you a
spy? Were you a part of a different clan where you learned this
or are you just randomly pulling those numbers out of nowhere?
There's no way you could possibly know any of that stuff!"
The chocolate brown solid tore apart the two different sides to
the argument.
"Victorycry, some cats, I know, don't react to catnip. My daddy
doesn't. But that doesn't mean that he's impossible. Every
single cat is different- most of these are general healing
things, and most work. But I'm willing to bet that you've had a
cat or two before that you couldn't cure, or there was no reason
for it. So, there are valid arguments to both sides. But, I have
to say that Victorycry has the winning side, after all, he has a
very big background in herbs and is more likely to know it. I
think."
The brown chocolate kit paused, thinking over what she said.
Then she nodded, as if affirming what she'd just said.

Victorycry yelled, "Everyone, shut the hell up!" He growled at
all of them, even the ones on his side. He shook his head and
the brown tabby tom proceeded onto the next plant, which was
horsetail. "ALSO used for infections, and stop kissing up to me,
kits. It doesn't help. Anyway, if you find no Marigold around,
use this long plant It looks like a Horse's Tail. Duh."

Rootkit shrugged.
"Not kissing up, just think that you're right because he doesn't
have any reason to know that. Unless, like I said, he's a spy.
Dadda told me to watch out for spies."
Glancing at the new plant, she paused before meowing.
"What's it called? You never said what it was called."

"Sorry, but I thought that was clear enough. Horsetail. NOW.
I'll need help. It won't prove you to be a medicine cat, just to
help me. NOW. CHOP CHOP, CLEAN UP THIS FLOOR. It's filthy." The
tom shook his head and grunted, padding towards his nest while
he waited. "Hurry up!" While they're here, he might as well work
them. I mean, it's not like he had to do everything.

Rootkit mocked gasping, before getting up and looking for any
piece of moss she could use. Spotting a small, old piece by the
entranceway, she marked its' location mentally before turning
and picking up the horsetail. Spotting a small bundle of more
horsetail, she gently put it back with the others. Looking back,
she saw the cobwebs and grabbed that, too. Not seeing anyplace
she could put it, she briefly wondered what to do with it before
padding outside of the den and leaving it hanging on a twig.
Padding back inside, she decided the other kits had to do some
stuff, as well. If they didn't do anything, she'd do it. Oh,
well.
The bipolar kitten rolled her eyes, ready to yell someone's ears
out if they didn't help.
