Petrichor was thinking. He'd had an idea not too long ago, and
he was developing it a bit more. Guardiankit might not have
seemed like it at first, but Pet could tell that the kit was
protective of his friends. So, he decided to talk to him.
Nothing really important, but just get to know him, and see if
he was right.

fresh kill pile.

Pet saw him leaving the den and made his way over to the fresh
kill pile, making sure to be there when he arrived. He looked
through the pile before grabbing a plump mouse from the pile. He
settled down beside the pile with the mouse.

The small tom payed now mind to the deputy - he had no reason
to. It wasn't like Petrichor has done anything to benefit the
Clan, other than make Fallingstar appear more often.

Petrichor didn't say anything at first; he was eating. After he
finished, though, he meowed, "Hey, you're Guardiankit, correct?"

Guardiankit gazed over at him, eyes naturally narrowed. "Mhm.
Whats it to you, Petrichor?" He asked, tail swishing as he
pulled out a scrawny mouse.
