Bluepaw rested just outside of camp on a tree branch, not
looking so good. Ever since Jinxkit and Flippaw went missing,
depression would not leave him alone even for a second. He
needed a friend.

Natalie walked into camp, Khan walking behind her. Although he
was smiling cheerfully, she wasn't. The news of her real
parentage still hadn't set in completely. Not that Fallingstar
was her mother - no, that was cool. But Deliriadreams and
Stygianflare were her sisters? And Bluepaw was her brother?
These cats she saw every day and never thought twice about
suddenly became important to her, whether she liked it or not.
The black she-cat spotted the tom and blinked, debating whether
or not she wanted to speak with him. She, obviously, decided to
do so. If she didn't, this post wouldn't be here. She slowly
walked over. "Aye, Bluepaw."

Greekpaw saw him and brightened. Making her way over, she
telepathically said to him, "Hey, Bluepaw!"

Bluepaw slowly perked one ear up, then looked below where
Natalie and Greekpaw were standing. The older apprentice smiled
a little inside. It was nice to know some people actually wanted
to say hi to him. Especially Greekpaw. The gray and white tom
sighed, carefully climbing down the trunk and landing on his
paws next the root of the tree. "Hey," he meowed, ears still
drooping gloomily.

The apprentice frowned. "What's wrong, Bluepaw? And don't say
nothing because I'll know your lying."

Bluepaw shuffled a paw in the dirt, avoiding her gaze. "I..I
just miss them," he answered. He wasn't exactly that comfortable
talking about it when his supposed sister that he barely knew
was standing right there. But I guess she wasn't going to give
away all his secrets, was she? He wasn't even sure if she really
cared. But he had Greekpaw, and Strawberrykit.

Natalie mentally sighed, tail flicking. She saw how awkward she
was possibly making things. Of course. The one time she wanted
to try and make dues with her supposed siblings, this happens
because his feelings for others are in the way. Meh, she
couldn't blame him. These other cats he'd known and talked to
for most of his life - while she was thrown into his life. "Hey,
Bluepaw, catch me later? I think we need to catch up, or
something." She shrugged, excusing herself from the group. She
dipped her head and walked off, slipping into the apprentice
den.

"Oh, uh..okay. Later," Bluepaw replied right before Natalie left
the conversation. When she had disappeared, he felt really bad,
but at the same time he couldn't help but feel a little relieved
as well. Greekpaw was really the only she-cat he felt
comfortable around now, since it takes him a while to warm up to
others. Even so, surely he'd get to know his sister eventually.
The blue and white tom sat down, relaxing his tensed muscles,
then meowed, "Hey, uh, Greekpaw?"

The she-cat finally sat down, relaxing. It was awkward when you
were talking to your crush in front of someone else. "Yeah,
Bluepaw?" she asked, wrapping her tail around her paws.
