Guardiankit rolled his eyes, watching. If he was being chased,
he'd run. But, he wasn't. Why exert energy when not needed? For
all he knew a serial killer could hop into the picture right
now, and everyone would be out of breath but him, and he would
be able to escape.

supposed to be time for a mother to get close with her kits.
