Stray, a scruffy dark brown she-cat was fiercely paddling for
her life in a river. Nearing the waterfall. She let out a
panicked cry as she gripped onto a branch, but she was starting
to slip already. Her claws making a slightly tighter grip, but
slowly the branch was still slipping from Stray's grip. She let
out another cry as the spray of the waterfall nearby flew onto
Stray's fur as she was now hanging from one paw.

A white tom seemed to appear out of no where. Sinking his claws
into the wood of the branch, he carefully but quickly made his
way to the other cat. He reached out with one paw to grab her
shoulder, claws out. It would probably hurt but hey, better a
few claw marks than being killed by a waterfall

Stray looked at the white tom with her panicked icy blue eyes,
still struggling to climb onto the branch.

He pulled her closer and grabbed onto Stray's scuff, hauling her
onto a thicker part of the branch.

Stray scrambled onto the branch and clunk onto it, quivering
with fear, and was cold.

meowed, watching the soaking wet cat.

doing in ze river?" he asked in his thick accent

somethin', but I slipped and boom! I was a-fallin' in the water"
Stray replied with her strong bronx accent.
