Petrichor was laying on his back, eyes open. Today he hadn't
slept, because he was too excited. Not like he would say what
and neither will I, but he was excited.

Riv had been playing by herself in camp and noticed how excited
this guy seemed. His joyfulness had been transferred to her as
well, apparently, as she found herself unable to stop smiling.
Happy cats made her happy! She would have gone over to talk to
him, but she didn't know him well, and older toms scared her for
a reason she wasn't quite sure of herself. They were just
dangerous and she couldn't trust them.

He rolled it back over to her, then turned away again and rested
his head on his paws, eyes closed and smiling.

Pheo walked over to Petrichor, tipping her head to the side. She
was still a bit afraid of the tom, with how he acted towards her
kits a while back. But he seemed different this time around.
