(Dont post with your kittens yet, until Lil postes in either
this or the adoption thread. Thank you<3 Also Mazey will have a
near-death experience since shes so young.)
A shrill scream was heard from the nursery, and a light ginger
tabby lay sprawled across the floor, moaning in pain, feeling
kittens squirm around her stomach. She felt a bit of blood
follow her kittens out of her, and started gasping slightly,
breathing fast and hard. At first she felt as if the stars were
lifting her, then just dropped her onto the ground, and she
calmed down slightly.
She closed her eyes to slits, then looked over at the blood
that escaped her. It wasn't enough to kill... but she felt as if
she were already dead, but she wasn't, unless pain was a part of
entering StarClan. She smiled ever so slightly at the kittens
that lay by her body, and closed her eyes and imagined.
She imagined her and Teddypaw, and their kittens playing around
in the beautiful meadows, chasing butterflies and little
dragonflies, and nipping at purple and pink flowers, sticking
dasies on their beautiful ears. Then she imagined Teddypaw
vanishing and Symmy replacing his spot. In her little day-dream,
she leaned her head on the expert's shoulder, and opened her
eyes with a start. Did she love him? Did he love her?

At the scarring, pain-filled scream, Teddypaw shot out of his
comfy nest and den. He knew right from the moment Mazedpaw was
giving birth, and probably alone. Nothing mattered except
getting to his crush and making sure she was okay.
He stood at the nursery entrance, staring in shock and disbelief
at the limp body and several kittens soaked in the medic
apprentice's blood. Everything stopped to let his heart pound
loudly in his chest, and he finally let out a desperate yowl.
"SOMEBODY HELP! SOMEBODY!?" he shouted before rushing to Mazey's
side, tears forming around his loving, but fearful brown orbs.
"Mazey...? Please say something..." he murmured as he touched
his muzzle to her neck. Hope flooded over him when he felt her
pulse as he pressed close to her. "SOMEBODY HELP!" he called out
again. She was still alive!

She continued to let out a cry in pain, feeling as if her
stomach was trying to jerk away from the rest of her. She calmed
down as she felt Teddypaw, but panicked again as he was calling
for help. Was she really bleeding that bad? Were her kittens
alive?

Pokerface peered into the nursery, and her pupils dialated
slightly as she saw the scene. "I'll get the med cat for ya'."
She said before trotting away to check the medicine cat's den.

She poked her head into the den. "Pheo? Stream? Glitter?" She
called quietly, but had a sense of urgency in her voice.

"Oh, there you are." Pokerface murmured as she saw the other cat
run past her, she kept a slow trot as she followed, and stayed a
short distance from the nursery.
