       This is starting to kind of become a huge problem

       Ok I'm really really forgetful and unorganized and I seriously
       lose everything and I space out a lot and it's really starting
       to hurt me. Like I always lose my sweatshirts and stuff because
       I leave then places and forget. And u also lose important things
       like my birthday money and checks for school and I almost didn't
       get a yearbook because of my tendency to lose things too. The
       list of things I've lost goes on and on. I've tried being
       organized but I just can't stay organized. It's too boring and
       routinely. And I just don't have time with all the shart going
       on in my life.
       I also try to remind myself about things by writing it in my
       phone but that doesn't help either, I always get distracted by
       something. Like I missed a mandatory meeting on Thursday and
       what's pathetic about it is someone reminded me just a class
       period before. Buuuuuty friend who I hadn't seen in forever
       turned up at school and well I totally forgot about the meeting.
       I just can't help zoning out and letting my mind wander when I'm
       bored out of my mind or distracted by more fun and exciting
       things. I don't know how to stop I just. Ugh. My thoughts
       compete in the hunger games for attention and the "unimportant"
       ones like "gee I wonder what a penguin/squirrel would look like"
       win.
       Help how do I remember important things ;A;
       And also the fun things at the same time because my random
       thoughts amuse me
       My brain just can't handle the mundane apparently :/

       I have the same problem.
       I lost my phone once and it was on silent, and i freaked out....

       Alright. As far as organization goes, you could try an organized
       chaos thing like I do. I'm bad at keeping up with stuff too. So
       what I do in my room, is I just pile things together. The art
       pile goes here, the clothes pile is here, here is the pile of
       books I still need to put on my shelf. Stuff like that. As far
       as keeping up with stuff, always try to put whatever it is in
       the same place so you always know where to look. I always carry
       a book with me to school so when I have money to take to school,
       I put it in the front cover so I know where to look. For other
       stuff that I can't just put in my book, like keys or whatever, I
       put them in the same place pocket. My keys always go in the same
       pocket in my bag. Do try and write stuff down. Write it on a
       piece of paper five times. Write it ten times. However many
       times as you think you need to remember it. Put it on your
       calendar in your phone and turn on the alarm so it reminds you.
       Tell your friends to remind you of these things and that they
       can smack you if you forget. That usually gets them to remember
       to remind you. As for sweatshirts, put something heavy in the
       pocket. You'll get used to that weight and notice pretty quick
       when it's suddenly gone. Or put your phone in there. It's
       important and heavy and that might work even better to make sure
       you remember. If you have a purse or whatever, make sure it goes
       over your shoulder so you can't just put it down somewhere and
       leave it. I hope this helps. If it doesn't, you might want to
       consider talking to your doctor about add/adhd. What you're
       talking about is a lot like what people with those do. At most,
       you'd just have to take some medicine for it but it'd be a lot
       better for you in the long run. I am done talking now so good
