i know that the characters are going to have powers, sort of
like in the gone series... those kind of powers

Can you write about any/all of that? Writing a book isn't easy,
just remember that. You've got to be really really interested in
this stuff.

the one of those that i'm really interested in is the last, so i
wanted to do something having to do with that, but that's all i

A way that you could combine all three of them would be to make
one about a post apocalyptical situation where much of the
population has been wiped out due to a nuclear war. Those
remaining could have mutations and would have to rebuild
society. Or you could do one where mutants come into existence
and are turned into side show freaks and forms of entertainment.
They could be used as servants, hard labor workers, or tossed
into an arena similar to 'The Hunger Games' or roman gladiator
fights. But now, they'd have *powers*.
