Angelic drew her tongue over her paw. The sun was floating high
in the sky, warming the camp with the temperatures Spring would
allow. Smiling, the social she-cat looked for someone to talk
to. Well, someone specific. Firework. She wanted to chat with
him and become close again.

Firework was just returning from a swim in the river. It helped
him to relax most of the time. When he walked into the camp, he
saw Angelic and smiled. He wanted to talk to her, like they
hadn't since he was younger.

He immediately dropped down and rolled onto his back, relaxing,
then looked up at his sister. A hint of a smile on his face, he
teased, "Better, now that my favorite sister is here." It was
true, but he wouldn't say that to his other siblings.

Angelic purred and batted at him. "Am I really your favorite? Or
are you just saying that?" She asked, curling her tail around
herself. "Well, either way, you're my favorite half-brother."

"Of course I mean it, but don't tell your sisters that," he
purred, playfully poking her on the nose. When she continued, he
smiled and stood up, then attempted to tackle and hug her.

"Awe, I get no bragging rights?" She joked, looking up to see
the tom pouncing towards her. She squeaked and fell under him.
Angelic then giggled and wrapped her paws around him, hugging as
well. "You're a silly Heir."

"Nope!" Angelic wriggled out from under him, giggling. "Hey,
speaking of your heir job, do you have your eyes set on
someone?" The two topics may seem extremely different, but they
weren't. Firework was to be leader when he was older, so he
would soon have to find a mate and make an heir.

He let her wiggle out of his hug and thought about the question.
Did he? He wasn't sure if she counted, since she wasn't even in
the same Clan. After deciding she didn't since it wasn't
allowed, he shook his head. "No, I don't," he replied, smiling
as he thought of Berrypaw.
