Aryl (pronounced ar-ill) strode onto the Serpentclan territory.
This she-cat, she showed no fear even if she smelled other cats
nearby. Lots of them. Maybe they lived together, maybe the
former loner could join their group? She walked forward,
whiskers twitching with curiosity as she glanced around,
observing the scenery.

Firework saw her just sauntering around and narrowed his eyes,
then stepped out in front of her with his ears perked forwards,
alert. "What, exactly, are you doing on SerpentClan's
territory?"

"Hmm?" The slightly younger she-cat looked up to Firework. "Oh,
hey. I've been looking for a kind of group to join, I don't
wanna be a loner, I'm...... Alone. Y'know, hence the title
'loner'."

We put markers there for a reason; to keep others away."
Firework waited for a reply, hoping she'd have a good
explanation.

She smiled nervously. "Heheh... Sorry. I scented cats and
thought I could go find 'em. Anyway, I'm Aryl."

He shook his head. "We would find you," he mumbled under his
breath to himself. Raising his voice to a normal level, he
meowed, "Then hello, Aryl. I'm the heir of SerpentClan." After a
brief hesitation, Firework asked, "Why should I trust that
you're only here to join?"

"Hey, you never know how someone's planning to attack," Flap
mewed, padding over with a shrug. "But come on, Firework, give
'er a break! She doesn't look too evil."
"Yeah, we need all the members we can get!" Stainy mewed,
padding up to her brother and giving him a friendly nudge.

in greeting.

He softened as his sister walked over, since nobody in his
family had been talking to him as of late. It wasn't the only
reason, but it was the one he'd use as an excuse. Unless it was
Angelic, of course, because she'd probably see right through it.
Out of his family, she probably knew him the best. "I know, I
know, it's just, I'm kind of anxious at the moment." Playfully
butting his head against his sister, he smiled. Firework then
looked at the she-cat, still smiling slightly, and mewed,
"Alright, c'mon. I can show you around."
