The strong she-cat, Herbstar, lay just outside of the medicine
cat's den, blood spread all around her, mostly around her tail.
A few kittens lay by her stomach, just barely moving.
But this wasnt her last, it was only the beginning if a new
life, her 7th life to be exact.

Priderock hurried over to her leader, she sniffed the small
kits, nudging them slightly, then raised her head again. Her
expression heavy with worry. Will her leader be ok?
"....Herbstar?" The Princess mewed in a shaking voice.

Flower, who had been out herb hunting, came back to camp to
smell blood and...kits! "Herbstar!?" the terrified doctor rushed
over to the limp mother and subtly squirming newborns. Tears
pooled around her green orbs as she stared down at the
ForgottenClanner. She, remembering how many lives her young
leader had left, attempted to calm herself. She's going to live.
Everything will be alright. she assured herself, though she
still felt ashamed that she wasn't here sooner. Perhaps she
could have saved this life. Cautiously, Flower bent down to lick
the dirtied kittens clean, as it would also help them to keep
breathing and get warm. "Herbstar is going to be fine," the
medic meowed, as calmly as she cold, towards the princess
without looking away from brushing her tongue over the little
bundles of clingy wet fur.

Relief waved through Peiderock at the medic's words. "Good..."
She looked at the kits below her, a smile appeared on her face.
"They are beautiful kits." She mewed softly.

Rabbit walked forward slowly, tail nub flicking. He didn't say a

She stopped breathing for a few moments, then opened her eyes
and shifted uneasily as the Kits started kneading her belly for
milk.

Rabbit stared down at the new mother, a slight frown on his
face. He had no love for the she-cat (although he had no hate
either), to put simply. The only think he had to do with her was
the fact that those kits were his, though nobody but him knew,
seeing as Herbstar was high and he didn't want to be stuck a
slave again. He was grateful that none of the kits had his coat.
Sure, some had a lot of white. But Herbstar was white-pawed and
stuff, so it wouldn't exactly be weird.

One of the kits stopped drinking milk and pushed her head
affectionatly on her mothers fuzzy stomache. Herbstar purred
and licked the kitten

"Your kits are gorgeous, Herbstar." Priderock smiled, getting
back to her paws.
