we're dying, richard parker [cat joining]

A frail grey cat with mottled fur slowly approached the
territory of the Tribe of Falling Flowers. She was young, quite
young, and starving. She hobbled forward, tail dragging behind
her through the soft soil. This cat was Patchwork, she was
abandoned by her mother not too long ago. Patchwork didn't know
how to take care of herself, after being so used to having her
parents tending to all her needs. This cat was desperate to find
some form of help.... From anyone.

tree and landed in front of patchwork. "jeez, what happened to

Patchwork squeaked in fright, staring up at Pho. "Uh.... Hello.
I-I just haven't eaten anything in a while...." The young
she-cat mewed shyly.

The leader slipped out of her hiding spot, approaching the two.
The only attention she gave the tom was a roll of her eyes
before looking towards the loner. "How come?" Night asked.
( i think i might've missed this vital piece of info; is patch
kit-age, app-age, or warrior-age? )

"I-I can't hunt. I don't know how...." She looked her big blue
eyes to the leader.

Night relaxed her muscles and bent down, eye-to-eye with the
kitten. A careful smile danced on her lips. "Well, we can't have
that, can we?" She purred, standing up again and flicking her
tail. "I, young one, am Night. I am the leader of this land.
This," she pointed to the tom, "is Photobomb. He is one of the
warriors that help hunt and protect this Tribe we live in." She
shifted her weight a bit. "Would you like to join the Tribe?"
Usually, Night would ask questions, be careful. But this was a
hungry kitten.

Patch thought for a moment. Well.... She had no more family,
she's been alone for a little while now. The kit looked up at
Night, and smiled. "I'll join." She finally said. "Oh, and by
the way, my name is Patchwork."
