       ELEMENT CITY -- WIP

       A long time ago, the United States was in troubled times. The
       country's government had been overthrown and replaced by a truly
       free country with no laws holding you back from doing anything.
       There was a lot of violence and warring between different groups
       of people. Some people started to notice that hatred between
       people and their birthdays corresponded, and that certain types
       of people were more compatible than others based on their star
       signs. The zodiac, which once seemed so silly and stupid, proved
       to be quite accurate.
       Eventually, people started to form different groups, based on
       their zodiac compatibility with each other. Aries stuck with
       Aries, Pisces hung out with other water signs, and so on. Many
       peoples' suffering was ended, and there was a significantly less
       amount of violence.
       Soon, the 'Freedom Era' was over, and after many years of chaos,
       people realized that they did indeed need leadership. They
       started to create a new government, which was to incorporate the
       zodiac into the laws and everyday life. So here we are now, in
       Element City, where the twelve star signs are grouped into the
       four zodiacal elements: earth, air, water, and fire.
