kids just made her so happy, and she wished to raise at least
one someday. but no mates or kitting or anything like that. ew,
that just...freaked her out. she'd probably adopt some. but
wait, she was a doctor! would that be okay? oh nevermind, on
with the training.
"pretty close, actually. in a way, you do squish it. medicine
cats normally chew the marigold petals and leaves and comfrey
roots into a poultice, and then carefully spread it on the
wound. after that, we put cobwebs on top to keep it from opening
or getting infected: a bandage, as parakeet mentioned. does that

[font=arial]Parakeet snorted and smirked at the kitten's guess.
She listened to Flower talking about how you actually used it
and nodded, embarrassed that she'd gotten it pretty much wrong.
The snowshoe cat wouldn't try guessing again until she was
absolutely sure of herself, because she hated seeming stupid.

Dexter kept a mental note of that little bit of info. He
actually found it interesting and useful; he could actually use
it even if he didn't get close to being a medic. Ruffling his
dark fur and fixing his necklace, which was a chain that hung
loosely around his neck with a dragon as a pendant, the tom
listened more intently, now that he figured some things could be
useful.

that she knew it, but decided she was being too enthusiastic and

in herbs whatsoever, I just thought Fish(the kitten) would want
