Fabric put a paw gently on the kitten's stomach.
The kitten hugged it for a second then let out another mew.
Fabric looked at Parakeet, knowing what she was thinking. He
walked over to her and whispered, "Shes my little sister, and
shes pretty much mute, but she loved hugs."

pulling a smaller pile of grayish colored seeds from the first
mound with her striped tail. "can anybody tell me what these
seeds are called?" she asked, attempting to raise her voice in a
strong manner, but she just couldn't help the fact that she had
a soft voice. perhaps she'd get better as she went on with the
training. poppy seeds were probably going to be the easiest
thing for these cats to learn, as almost everyone already knew
about them anyway. flower had decided she'd start with simple
herbs and then more difficult questions as the session
continued. the herb training shouldn't be very hard anyway, she
was looking for potential, not herb

"Poppy," Parakeet mewed in a British accent. "Poppy seeds." Easy
peasy lemon squeezy. She doubted anyone didn't know that herb.

"Poppy seed!" The tiny kitten squeaked. She wasnt mute but she
rarely talked.
fabric said nothing. He know the herb he just didnt want to take
a chance.

Dexter scrunched up his nose. "Uh... black seeds...?" He wasn't
even sure if they were seeds at all. They looked like extremely
small pebbles to him. His ears flattened against his head as his
sister let out a mental growl and corrected him, all in
telepathy. Katrina didn't want to be noticed.

poppy seeds. we give these to cats who need help sleeping,
relaxing, or to ease pain. it's not recommended to queens,
though, for safety reasons. it's still a very useful medicine,"
the young doctor explained, once again using her tail to push
the pile back into it's rightful place, and then lightly shaking
off the clingy seeds. "another useful remedy to remember, for
bleeding and wounds, is marigold and comfrey root." flower
silently gestured to both herbs with her nose. "does anybody
have any idea on how you would treat a wound with it?" she
questioned.[/font][/center]

"Put it on like a band-aid? You don't want them bleeding all
over the place." She didn't think a root would be a very
comfortable band-aid, but maybe it was a special kind of root.
"A band-aid is like a bandage," Parakeet explained, remembering
that they didn't know what all that two leg lingo was. She was a
former kittypet, so she knew a bunch of that stuff.
