Herbstar groomed herself sitting outside her den. She was
careful, and groomed around her belly. How much she would hate
the tom who did this to her. But who did? She didnt know.

Rabbit, as a Guardian, had a few choices for the formal. His
real love, his friends, and his leader (who was pregnant with
his kits; not that she knew or he wanted to know). But the first
choice had disappeared, and the second choice wasn't the type of
thing he would do. All he had left was Herbstar, if he didn't
want to go alone. He walked over to the female and dipped his
head. "Permission to speak, my Queen?" He had recently decided
calling her that, considering he called her daughter Princess.

Herbstar looked back. She hasnt been to mean lately, her
personality starting to change so she can get used to cooing to
her kits constantly. "Yes as long as you stop calling me 'your
queen'." She meowed, trying to keep her tone calm.

"Yes, my Queen." He smirked a bit. "So, you know the formal is
coming up, correct. I think this is the perfect chance to show
my love's mother that I can be a responsible male, considering
this Clan is against males."

Herbstar rose an invisable eyebrow. "What exactly are you trying
to tell me?" She asked, eyes questioning.

Herbstar looked away. Thoughts began to poor into her head. She
waited for a few minutes, then looked back at Rabbit. She nodded
slowly, showing no expression.

He hoped for her to say no. At least give him the satisfaction
to say he had the guts to ask her out! But instead of allowing
disappointment rule his face, he nodded. "Wonderful."
