[sup]Now that he was done hunting and had a chance to rest, this
tom felt the usual sensation that he needed to do something.
Though he worked his butt off, he felt he was being lazy by just
lying here in camp. Getting up once more, Darestar decided he
was thirsty and went to get a drink of water. He'd have to cross
some streets to get to the next gutter, their only water source
unless it had rained recently.

Windpaw padded up beside them, bored. She wanted someone to talk
to.
Darestar continued out of camp, crossing streets and dirt
patches until he came to the nearest water source. The orange
cat bent down to relish its refreshing coolness. Licking his
lips, the tom sprinted back to camp. He'd probably be thirsty
again by the time he got back. Oh well.

Starfault grabbed her other piece of prey on her way back. She
quickly made her way back before placing her prey in the pile.
She then began to pace, getting bored.
Penkit sat around, being bored.

holy crap! his stomach hurt like hell. what was in that water he
drank a couple hours ago? he'd better go see a medicine cat
about this-- oh wait, there weren't any. great. the orange tom
arose from his nest, unable to rest with his stomach acting up,
and paced around grumpily.

Racetrack loomed over the fresh-kill pile. Green, brown,
black... ruffled, dirty fur, and a tainted smell. He caught this
prey earlier by a pond, and they looked full and tired, but now
they look deadly to eat. "This prey is tainted! Dont eat it
until me and other warriors get it out safely." He announced to
the clan, and began to pluck out the sickest prey.

Starfault came over and glanced at the prey. "Don't use your
jaws. It might make you sick." She then added, "Take all the
prey... I think it was the water, which would have gotten on all
of it by now." She dipped her head and then saw Darestar. "Are
you okay?" she asked. Knowing he wasn't she went and got the
medicine cat before deciding to tell the Clan the water was bad.

He nodded and took them all out, and threw them over the road,
they slowly got ran over by cars. Then he went into the forest
and hunted a bit, coming back with fresh un-tainted prey.

She dug a small pit that she filled with moss where the new prey
could go. Starfault waited until he came back, being as patient
as she could.
