The medicine cat waited at the border anxiously. She'd never
really had contact with these cats, and hoped they wouldn't be
too hostile towards her.

A short but intimidating brown tabby tom approached the
FrozenClanner, his claws already unsheathed as if waiting for a
fight. His orange orbs studied her for a few moments longer
before letting his sharp talons disappear into his paws once
again. This was only a medicine cat, and most didn't know how to
fight. He could also tell she was nervous, leaving him on the
dominant side. She was here on peaceful terms, despite Keegan's
lust to fight again. He was going to have to raid a Clan
sometime soon, he was getting bored.
Not yet though. A grumbling sigh left his mouth as he sat down.
"What do you want?"

Keegan flattened his ears, a little uncertain, but in an annoyed
way. "You're joking?" FrozenClan? Hosting a party? He wouldn't
expect Icestar to hold any kind of celebration. "Where is it?
And what's the catch, here? You tryin' to trick us?"

She flicked her ear. "It's not a joke. The medicine crew is
hosting it; obviously Icestar wouldn't be in charge of it." She
made an attempt to make a joke about their leader; perhaps it
would make WildClan more trusting of her. "You know that place
we stayed just before we arrived? On the hill with all the
flowers and some snow. That's where we're having it."

Keegan let his ears sit back up and his shoulders relax. Well,
WildClan needed more allies, perhaps he could find some while at
the formal? Who knows? He might even enjoy himself, although,
Keegan wasn't one to get all tidied up just for some she-cat who
might dump him later on. His subjects might be entertained by
something like that, though, and maybe it would boost activity
and energy in his sleeping Clan, as boring as it sounded to him.
"Fine. We'll be there," he agreed.

"Alright, great," she mewed. "Can I leave now, or does someone
have to escort me off the few inches of territory I'm on?"
