Auroralights had just realized that every main clan besides
SerpentClan was FrozenClan's enemy. She didn't want to have to
deal with their hate yet, so she decided she'd ask SerpentClan
to the winter formal first. After seeing their reactions, she'd
adjust to make enemy clans like AshClan be less hostile. The
bengal waited by the border, careful not to enter the scent
lines.

tail lashing from side to side. frozenclan was not his enemy, so
he would stay civilized. actually, a while back when serpentclan
just got their subboard, he had asked icestar for an alliance.
and he had said yes, so they were allies! "may i help

Firework followed his father. He wanted to make sure that he
knew how to do what Flickeringstar did; that way, when it was
time, he'd know what to do.

what do you think, firework?" he asked the heir lightly, trying
not to put any pressure on him. after all, he was only picked as

Firework hesitated. He said after a short pause, "It sounds like
it would be fun." Then he though a bit and added, "And it would
help everyone relax."
