After weeks of traveling and looking over different locations,
the tribe leader had finally decided on a place for her tribe to
stay. It was magnificent in the ginger and white she-cat's eyes.
Golden sand ran for miles, creating dimples and hills in the
earth. Large, green, spiked structures rose from the ground like
towers, and smaller bushes clustered around in random areas.
Some plants had been uprooted or something and were rolling
around! She could make our several birds either flying in the
sky or nesting in cactuses, and burrows indicated where mice and
other rodents may live. Heck, even a lizard had run across her
feet once. There was sure to be plenty if prey here. The sun
shone down brightly on Sunstar's white back, changing it to a
yellowish color. It felt great in the usually cold winter. Yes,
this was the perfect place. She only hoped her tribemates would
approve. If they did, she had the perfect location in mind for
their new camp.

Partystreamers instantly approved of the new camp, being the
overly-perky she-cat she is.
Techy, Hyper, Peachy, and Zebra walked into the camp, looking
around curiously.
Ringkit and Labkit started exploring the camp.

Beet almost seemed to dance around on her long skinny legs. This
was a place she could really enjoy. Already she just really
wanted to run across the terrain until she dropped. Gosh she was
so excited!!

Although her tone was gruff and deep, the grin on her face said

"Cool!" She'd show them the new camp soon, when pudding had time
to make a better post.

Berry, unlike the others, was slinking across the sandy terrain
with wide, anxious blue eyes. The earthquake had shaken her up
quite a bit, and the medicine cat apprentice who was used to the
protective canopy of the lush forest was now standing on an
endless clearing dotted with weird plants she had never heard
of. Except perhaps growing in AshClan territory. She did not
fear that her Clan wouldn't protect her, for all her hope was
with them, but she wasn't so sure about finding herbs. Would she
find all the materials she needed here? Or would she have to
conserve supplies by occasionally going on herb hunting trips to
forests far away? She took a deep breath of the hot air around
her and tried to straighten her thin self. Everything would be
fine. It had to be. She had to believe that Sunstar knew what
she was doing. And she hasn't even shown them the camp yet, so
things could only get better from here.
Snowpaw smiled with pleasure as she began to prance through the
soft grains of sand, letting out a few childish giggles of
delight. You would think you could assume she would hate this
heated land, looking at her name, but no, she loved it. As she
caught up to her kits, the young mother slowed down beside them
and shook off the light dust that settled on her pelt when had
it sprang up behind her as she ran. Snowpaw looked back at
Sunstar. "It's amazing!" she purred.
Crashingpaw immediately rocketed through the silky layers,
shooting sand on both sides of him, before leaping and flopping
onto his back, rolling around playfully and shamelessly in the
warm peach-colored dirt.

She smiled and let out a breath she'd been holding in. "Alright,
if you want to see the camp, follow me!"
