there's nothing wrong with that ( private - dawny )

Mistpaw was outstretched in her new nest, sunlight trickling
into the den as dawn began to break. She unsheathed her claws as
she stretched, then pulled them back and onto her face to cover
her eyes. It was wayyyyy to bright out. Though, after a few
moments, she found herself sitting up and lazily cleaning her
paw. A smile rested on her muzzle, since today would be yet
another day of helping cats survive with hunting.
The female looked around the few bodies that surrounded her,
tail tip flicking. Misty wanted to find a partner to hunt with,
to surprise her leader and deputy of her hard work, but everyone
       was asleep.

The two large front paws of the point twitched occasionally
while he leaped gracefully from tree limb to tree limb inside
his dreamworld. He felt so free, being able to fly through the
canopy of leaves without falling all over himself like he always
did. Now Bluepaw didn't even have to concentrate on his
movements as he closed his eyes and breathed in the fresh air.
When he opened up his blue orbs, the scene was much different.
Though a little dark, plenty of sunlight spilled into the
apprentices den. He squinted his eyes and peered around the den
to only find one cat awake, Mistpaw. After he sat up, Bluepaw
blinked and quickly turned away, avoiding her gaze by smoothing
down his barely ruffled bed fur.

The white-pawed female allowed her light blue eyes to drift over
him, considering asking him. I mean, there was no one else. And
she didn't want to be on the bad side or lonely side of things.
She pricked her ears and searched her mind for the blue-point's
name. Blurpaw? Indigopaw? Bluepaw! Her tail flicked as she
smiled softly, and trotted over to him. She tried to not look
creepy, keeping a calm smile that a mother would have on her
muzzle and allowing her blue eyes to stay soft.
"Hey... Bluepaw, right? Mind if you accompany me on a hunting
       trip?"

Bluepaw immediately flipped his sky blue gaze to Mistpaw and put
on the friendly smile he always tried to have. As she invited
him to join her on a hunting patrol, tingly sensations of joy
ran up and down his body. This was a surprise for him, since no
one really expected him to do well hunting because he was so
clumsy, so they didn't invite him. Yes, he hadn't been an
apprentice for very long, but he was still often rejected when
it came to simple tag with his friends as a kit. A vigorous nod
began to shake his head, "S-sure! Of course." He quickly slimmed
down a couple fur clumps on his shoulder before hopping to his
       feet.

Mistpaw smiled a bit brighter, tail lashing happily. "Great!"
She purred, turning around and beginning to lead him out the
den. "You know, Bluepaw, we live in the same Clan, same den, and
we're even the same rank, yet we never talk. I expected for the
apprentices in my time to be all talkative. Not that its bad or
anything, some silence is good. But..." she trailed off before
looking back at him. "Oh, nevermind. Its just Mistpaw being
       Mistpaw."

Bluepaw laughed, feeling a little more relaxed next to her now
that she began chatting with him. "No, it's fine. I'm just
better at talking with someone who leads the conversation," he
assured. "I'm terrible at starting them." He decided he wouldn't
mention anything yet about his clumsiness affecting his social
life, which reminded him to try and keep track of his floppy
paws so he didn't trip in mid-conversation.

"You can't be that bad." She slowed down and trotted beside him,
trying to look into his blue eyes. "Its a simple 'hey' or
'wassup?' At least, that's how istart most conversations." She
giggled and, once they left camp, scented the air. She made a
note of a bird or two, the type unknown to her, and decided to
hunt those first, because they could send a warning call to the
       rest of the prey.
