Angelic rose her head high. It was finally time for her to be an
apprentice- it was finally time for them all to be apprentices.
All of her siblings/half siblings. She looked for her older
brother, or anyone really, to tell the news. She also wondered
who was going to be her mentor.

Firework moved towards his younger sister with a smile, sitting
beside her. "Hey Angel." With a playful nudge, he mewed, "You
look happy today!" Angel; what he called Angelic, not because of
her name, but because to him, that was what she was. Always
bright, always cheerful, she reminded him of an angel.

Stainedpaw was there. Apparently since her younger sister was
going to be an apprentice, then she had better be one too.
Pudding was just going to say that she'd been an apprentice all
along, heheh... Anyway, the dilute calico stayed a few yards
away from her family members, being the introverted butthead she
was.

"I'm becoming an apprentice real soon! And then I'll be in the
same den as you, and... and... Stainedpaw! And..." she was
motioning to the dilute she-cat when she realized she didn't
have many friends.

The heir nuzzled his sister. Suddenly thinking of something, he
purred, "Hey, I've got an idea! You're becoming an apprentice in
a few days, right? Maybe I could show you a few things before
then! Then whoever has you as their apprentice will surely be
impressed with you." Then, looking over to his other sister he
added, "And you too, Vani, if you want!"

Jury gave a big grin. It seemed like yesterday he was talking to
her about her mother and father. She wasn't his kit, but he
loved her and felt proud of her, anyway.
