Deathblade had to force down the excited yet not sure smile on
her face, tilting her head to the side. "Really, Tiger?" She
wanted to clarify if he liked her the same way or not. 'I think'
is still on the fence. "You're not just trying to spare my
feelings, are you?"

"Well I have no reason to lie to you." Meaning that, even though
he did like her, if he didn't return her feelings, he'd still
tell her. There really was no point in lying. Things would only
end up badly for the both of them if he did.

Tiger went a little wide eyed at the cheek lick. He had
absolutely no idea how to respond. So he just Death a smile. He
was aweful at this. He really hoped she knew that.

Death looked down at the ground for a bit, before looking back
up at him. "Tiger... what are we, exactly?" Death may have been
a swearing buttocks in the past, but she still had that bit of
female that ached for love and titles.

Crap. Another question he wasn't sure how to answer. Just go
with the honesty thing. It had been working so far. "I don't
really know... Maybe we should just see where it goes?"
Hopefully that was the right answer. But also, he didn't want to
end up in a dead end relationship. Even more so for Death. She
didn't deserve that.
