Simba followed Avril down the hole, and as he made it to the
cave, he looked around. "Pretty."

Again, she held back an irritated growl. "Simbapaw. You are
really getting on my nerves. I take you all the way here, having
trouble myself because I'm blind, and all you can say is
'pretty'?" She barked, letting her hackles rise in anger. "If
you don't know what to say, you might as well say that. I'm
starting to feel like talking to you is a lost cause all in
itself." She growled, turning away from him. It hurt Avril a bit
when he didn't put any effort into what he said, when she tried
her hardest to keep the conversation going.

a fake-serious tone.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She walked passed
him, leaving the cave. "Whatever. Nice having a chat with you."

"Its not how you 'critique' things." She spat, turning her gaze
over her shoulder. "I could care less, seeing as I can't see the
crap you'd be talking about otherwise. The thing is, is that I'm
trying my hardest to keep up a conversation with you, and your
one word answers are really getting to me." She growled, shaking
her head. "Its like you don't care for what i have to say."

"Okay, first of all, who wants to be friends with a fox? With a
creature that can rip apart bodies with no remorse? With a
creature who will kill just out of anger?" A tear left her right
eye as she stopped and turned to him. "The whole time I've been
here, I heard stories of other foxes nesting in the territory
and aiming to kill the cats. What type of person would want to
be friends with someone related to such a species?" She turned
her gaze away from him again, choking back a small sob.
"And I'm sorry that I classify you as my friend because you're
the only cat that really talks to me. Or, at least has one sided
conversations with me." Avril gritted her teeth, pausing at the
next statement. "You think... I hate you?" A bit of anger
bubbled up in her for how niave the tom was being. "After me
talking with you, asking for your opinion on the surroundings,
and showing you to a secret cave that I was worried I would trip
into the whole time, you think I hate you?" She pulled her lips
into a thin line.
"Whatever. I'm leaving." The arctic fox stated, turning away
again. She wasn't being over dramatic - she just felt that she
really wasn't wanted in this Clan. "You can go get the rabbit
and bring it back to your own camp, and claim it as yours." She
called over her shoulder as she tried to scent her way to the
border.
