Galaxyeyes sat down in a warm place underneath the undergrowth
of a tree, fluffing herself up and becoming warm. She blinked
her pretty blue eyes and snuggled deep within her own fur,
looking like a soft, silver ball of cashmere fur.

Hissingfly was regrettably cleaning the dirt from his claws, the
fire still sparked in his eyes. What kind of leader gets told
off by his son? Ugh. He wandered over to Gala and poked her
side.

Galaxyeyes purred and lay down on her side, looking up at
Hissingfly. "Hey, Hiss, I saw Dogpaw stalking away. Do you know
what's wrong?" She asked curiously, poking him gently back,
giving a playful grin.

"Oh, that bad, huh?" Galaxyeyes got up and nuzzled her mate.
"That's fine." She blinked her eyes closed and thought a little
bit. "Y'know, Dogpaw reminds me of you. Stubborn, confused,
sensitive when you think no one's watching." She shrugged and
flicked her tail, fluffing herself more, leaning slightly onto
Hissingfly.
[should I let her tell him about the babehs, and then when
they're born be still borns? [are we still doing that?]]

He grumbled and gave her cheek a lick. "Yeah, and that's what
I'm scared of. If he ends up down the same path I went through,
then there will be to many pregnant females."

Galaxyeyes bit her lip and leaned away slightly. "Uh..
Hissingfly, speaking of that, I, um, I'm pregnant again. It's
one of the worst times, I know, but it's only been a week or
so." The silver solid shrank back a little in her fur,
flattening her ears and looking up at him. Dogpaw, she knew,
wouldn't turn into another young Hissingfly. At least, she hoped
not. But if he did, she would try to convince him to stop,
because she was his mother, and if he didn't listen to her, she
would make it seem like he was never her son. Disown him. Okay,
maybe not that far. She'd probably just scold him.

Although he was excited for another litter, the tom felt like an
idiot. He looked to the ground. "I'm sorry for putting you
through this again, Gala."

"No, Hissingfly, don't be sorry. You didn't know then. And
honestly, I didn't mind pregnancy the first time." She stood up,
her short stature in contrast to Hissingfly's tall, muscular
build. She was short and fluffy. She flattened her ears. "I know
that I probably dropped the bomb at the worst time, with you
being mad and all."

Hissingfly just let his tall ears fall, flattenin themselves. He
layed down beside her and frowned. "I don't see why you're happy
to have another litter. I was a horrible father to the first one
and I probably won't be any better this time around."
