[center]paws thudded softly against the stone floor as abduel
returned from the northeast alley, two plump rats clamped in his
jaws. pride shone in his chocolatey optics; his catch was enough
to feed two members! a shard from a broken skull was stuck on
his chest fur, and he easily nudged it off. that wasn't very
uncommon when you lived in a tomb.
dropping the prey, he saw little katana. she was the closest to
his species, though she was a north american lynx and he was a
canadian lynx. there was a difference! "hi, katana." he said
casually, padding over.[/center]

The little girl looked over at the rat, then up at the skull.
"Hey, Abduel. Catch any good rats lately?" She asked
sarcastically. But it was a good sarcastic, like a joke. The
lynx stood up and pawed at the fresh-kill closer to her.
