[center]flippaw was lazily laying at the edge of the seven
stones area, her chin rested between her paws. it was the stage
of pregnancy where the mother was really slacking off. but
nobody could blame her! she was pregnant and had to run from the
earthquake. and now everyone was camping out at seven stones.
but there was one cat she was looking forward to seeing.
bluepaw, the father of the little creatures growing in her
stomach. she had no plans of telling him off or anything; they
should at least be friends![/center]

Bluepaw trudged around the edges of the gathering place
clearing, his faded blue gaze dull with depression and boredom.
These days, he just couldn't get himself to feel any sense of
happiness. At least, not alone. The thought of his two possible
friends simply lingered in his head. Someone actually cared for
him. Someone actually noticed him! Sometimes, just imagining
their faces in his head made the sides of his mouth point
upward. Soon, the easily recognizable scent hit him like a truck
and he froze, gulping down the fear and worry of meeting her
again. Now that he actually had the chance to talk to her, to
befriend her, he was a nervous wreck. The last time he saw
Flippaw, he...he didn't want to think about it. The guilt of
doing such a thing was a big part of leading him to almost
spilling deathberries down his throat multiple times, but the
kindness and shamelessness she showed him kept him from going
any further with the suicide. No one ever caught him trying to
do it, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't find it
shocking if they did.

paws and padding over to him. god, he was still attractive! she
felt a twinge of jealousy at the thought of him being mates with
greekpaw. grr. she waved her tail, smiling.[/center]

Bluepaw posed as a deer in the headlights for a few more moments
before he tried to relax his tense muscles. Shamefully, his head
and ears lowered towards the ground while his legs shivered, as
if a burdensome weight was weakening his body with every moment,
just by being apart of him. And it was true, that guilt laid
heavily on his mind. "Um...h-hey," he answered, shuffling his
front paws nervously.

"I-I know, but..." Bluepaw sighed, avoiding her gaze. Why was
she so nice to him? What did he do for her? "I'm sorry...I
guess...I guess I just regret it, that's all," he answered,
finally daring to glance up at the loyal apprentice standing in
front of him.

She...she wants to be friends...? With me? For one single
moment, his heart wanted to sing. She really did care for him,
didn't she? And now, he didn't feel alone, definitely not as
much as he was before. "Y-yeah, sure," he answered, standing up
and shyly staring down at his paws. Finally, a small smile
planted itself on his face. He had a friend!

He nodded, "A-alright." Bluepaw tried to ignore the soft push,
but he couldn't help but feel excitement zing up and down his
spine. Her cheerful attitude just made it easier for him to
smile. "Who asks first?"
