Deliriadreams lied down in seven stones in one of the corners,
with Saltkit asleep around her paws. At least, she thought it
was Saltkit. She bent down and sniffed the kit's fuzzy body to
make sure. Yup, Saltkit. Being blind was harder than she thought
it would be. It was no fun, either, being treated like a baby
and not being able to do anything she used to. Like jump around
backwards, run into a lake, even WALK without bumping into
something. She'd master the art, though. She hadn't yet told
anyone she was blind, either. No use as branded weak. She just
acted normal, for now. Not tell anyone till she was ready.

K.R. wandered up beside Deliria. She had a pretty good idea what
had happened to the other she cat. "What's up chicken butt?" she
meowed, sitting down.

Deliria perked up and tried to disguise herself sniffing the air
for the cat who was speaking to her. "Oh, hello, K.R.," she
chirped, blinking her blurry eyes.

silver tabby lashed her tail grumpily and out of self
conciousness, she began cleansing her kit.
