curiosity killed the cat, satisfaction brought it back ( private
        )

The female was exploring the dark alleys around her new home -
she tended to find alley cats, who glared at her and scared her.
They were skinny, yellow eyed, and fangs always beared while she
was full, somewhat shy, and with kind, innocent blue eyes.
Whenever she saw one of these cats, she pleaded for mercy (
which meant she asked for a safe passage to the next alley
without harm ), turn and ran, or hissed and sized them up to
       attempt at scaring them.

No.. Eww.. Aha! Delicious. Foxglove had found a tasty-looking
piece of chicken while snuffling through a garbage can. It
didn't have anything growing on it yet, so it must be okay. The
large black cat grabbed his loot and started to take it back
to.. Wherever he wanted to stay for the night. Foxglove was a
traveler of sorts; he hated adventure and roaming around, but
just staying in one place made his paws itch with boredom. He
supposed he'd make a shelter somewhere in the alleyways tonight.
He hadn't been there in a couple days. The serval started to pad
over, his rounded ears pricked and his sharp nose scouting for
competition. No one was taking his dinner tonight! No one!
The tom walked on. Soon he caught a whiff of another feline, and
a growl rose in his throat. It was too close to run away; he'd
look like a coward then. Foxglove swished his stub of a tail and
trudged on. He couldn't avoid everyone forever, he guessed.
Whoever this sweet smelling kittypet b!tch was, she had better
back down and let him eat and rest in peace.

The female scented the air to check for others, thinking there
was nothing. That was a down side to being kitty-pet. Due to
being around not so pleasant scents dulled her own. Alex walked
forward blindly with her tail gently swishing back and forth
       behind her.
When she approached the garbage can, still a good ways away from
it, she found another cat. Of course, by scent. It would take a
while by sight with all the rubble. She took a step back and
called - maybe there was curious kitty-pet like her wandering
       around. "Hello?"

The tom snorted when he heard the cat's voice. She sounded like
no harm. Poor thing, she should be back with her Twolegs eating
slop, not here in the dangerous alleys. "Hey," Foxglove meowed,
trying not to sound too scary, though his large serval body
might seem intimidating to a house cat. "What are you doing
here?" he mewed, slightly defensively and with the hint of 'this
is my place, get your own food.'

Alex let a small shiver run down her back at the fact that hes a
serval. Though, other than that, she kept her emotions under
control. "I'm just roaming, don't worry." She shook out her fur
to let her pinkish/purple collar show through. "I get my food
from the twolegs. But I guess you already know that much..." she
       shuffled her paws.
