She wanted to murder Zero's ass right as the first wave of pain
went through her. And now that he wasn't almighty leader, she
probably could. The young female staggered to her nest, which
had been placed in a dark corner for her to hide in. She plopped
herself down and panted. Galaxyeyes made this look way to easy.
EVERYONE made it look to easy. She half expected someone to pop
up at her side and tell her to breath.
Deathpaw cleaned her own paws and ears over and over again,
hoping to distract herself from the pain of labor. It wasn't
that much, to be honest. Its just the fact of how young she was
and how unready she is. And whenever she wanted to scream at
someone to get these things out of her already, she chewed on a
nearby stick.
Okay, maybe she was a bit ready after all.

Finally, five kittens were born. It was the split moment when
each were born, she thought how cute they were and how strong
they would be. But after she pushed them to her stomach and
before she braced herself for another, she was worried. What if
she wasn't a good mother? What if Zero wasn't supportive? What
if their kits hated them? What if Tigerpaw hated her after
this?
What if her children never looked at her because they were
scared of seeing her face, and how horrid it was?

The soon to be named Sevenkit kneaded at his mother's belly,
squealing and trying to drink up all the milk she supplied that
he could drink.

Rockingkit padded over to look at the kittens, but stayed a ways
away from Deathpaw in case she didn't want her here.

Zero walked into the den, seeing Deathpaw and the five kits by
her side. The tom sat beside her, smiling slightly.
A small kitten lay by her mother. This kitten was a pure white
female cat and would have bright, shiny blue-green eyes, like
the color of the ocean. Unnamed so far, she wriggled towards
Deathpaw and mewled before beginning to knead at her stomach,
suckling. Her name would be Sprite when she was named, but she
wouldn't know for a while.

Deathpaw grumbled when she smelt a new scent. Two of them,
actually. "Come in, Rockingkit." She called. The new mother
secretly wanted cats around her. She wanted to hear what a
wonderful job she didn. How they're all beautiful. But she was
still afraid of criticism. "And Zero..." she frowned because he
walked in with no roblem.

Zero looked over at her. She probably wanted him to voice what
he was thinking. So, he decided, he would. "They're beautiful,"
he told her. "They're amazing." He checked each of the kits.
They were all healthy. "But are you okay, Deathpaw?"

Deathpaw looked up at the ex leader and nodded simply. "I think
I'm fine, but I'm no medicine cat."

A pitch black kitten let out a squeaky yawn while she stretched
out both front legs, nonchalantly sliding her claws through the
dirt as she pulled her limbs back under her thin body. Her dark
as night fur clung to her skin to make her appear sleek and
slender, and even for newborn, she was quite a beauty. Growling
softly, the kit shoved past her siblings to find a teat to suck
on.

Ohhohohohohoho! So, Seven was the only boy!
Well, Wolfy was going to have some fun with this little fact.
