So, ai had just left my niece's second birthday. It was fun,
and, as usual, I was a roll model for a bunch of the little kids
there. ( which didn't bother me much because one of them knew
how to draw. )
Anyways, there was a Dog there. Maybe 1½ to 2 feet tall, a yard
long. He was definately pit bull. And his name was Gylioth. He
was a big lovebug towards me, cute, and fun. But every time I
turned away and looked back, I would see him doing something
that I, personally, wouldn't approve of.
First, he was playing with some guy. How? The guy was pulling on
his jaw and tail, then allowed the dog to pounce and latch onto
his arm. Why the hell would you let any dog do that, or do that
to any dog?! I don't care if it didn't hurt! Sooner or later,
that dog is going to bite someone, and it will most likely be my
niece, and he'll be put down because of it!
And then a bit later he was following me around, then we stopped
in an empty room and I started to pet him. Suddenly, he jumped
up and almlst knocked me over. I'm not angry because of that,
though. Sure, dogs jump up when they get excited, and I could've
just gotten scared because my dogs usually balance in the air
before trying to hold onto me. I am angry because when I did
roughen my voice and say "No", he coward down as if I was going
to hit him. and even after I changed my voice back into a soft
coo, he pressed himself to the floor and whimpered.
Later, we were sitting on the porch. My mom and aunt were there
as well, talking. Someone was walking up the driveway, and
Gylioth went crazy. His bark pierced my ears and his tail was
raised in defiance. Hewas running back and forth, since we were
on the third floor, barking and almost tripping me. I tried to
stop him, but then my mom snapped at me telling me that hes not
my dog. I don't care if its not my dog, the real owners of the
house should've came outside and told him to be quiet! He was
basically trampling me, barking at scared strangers, and
bothering the whole building. Yet no one stopped him.
Oh, wait. One person did. A little girl, six years old, came
over and told him to shut up. When he barked again, she kicked
him. All he did was whimper and coward down. I don't think that
little girl had a powerful kick, but just the thought of her
being raised to think that the way to shut a dog up is to kick
them...
I swear, I will flip out if I find out that the dog was put down
because he bit someone. He obviously only bit them because a)
they tried to beat him or b) they tried to play roughly.
That poor dog, I bet, is goig to end up dead or in a shelter
after these people. The poor thing.
I know this is a useless rant about my opinion, but blah. Yeah.
I said it. BLAH. Plus I can't really rant to my parents becaus
they won't listen.

i agree with lil
if i saw someone do that to a dog, i would, even if people were
watching, pick up that dog and carry it to my house, and if
anyone tried to take it back i would punch them in the face
no dog should ever have to be beat like that

i'm sorry you had to see this part of me. my dog was abused by

none of my dogs have ever had other owners and have never been
hit except by my stupid brother but he never hurts them, its
just playing
