OPEN YOUR EYES ( open, bambi's joining ) LOOK INSIDE

The tom couldn't stand it anymore. It was easy to tell what he
was frustated with. First, his parents were from two different
Clans. Second, his mom left, never came back, and left him and
his siblings to wonder, why. And third, he wasn't meant to come
to this place, alone. He wanted to come back with his father, so
he could be automatically accepted into the clan. But now,
looking at himself and where he was going, he would be
considered a confused kit.
I mean, how many kits a day show up and clain that they're the
leader's child? Probably not much, but how different was he from
the rest of them? His only resemblance to his father was the few
spots on his back, but that was it. And it wasn't enough.
Bambikit learned from the loners and rogues how to hunt, though
he would leave a splattery mess behind. That wasn't good. He
might as well hold an apple in his mouth and call himself bacon
because hewas asking for arctic wolves and foxes to gobble him
up. Honestly.
The tom approached the area clearly marked as the camp. He drew
his tongue over his paws and tolk a few steps back. What else
did the loners say? Don't go in the camp? Well, the deer-like
tom odbviously forgot that tip till now.

Icestar sat outside the camp cave, close enough to see it
clearly and far enough to catch any prey scent.
And though he did catch something, it definitely wasn't a bunny.
The leader turned his head and held in a growl. His son
approached the camp without any thought to what he was doing.
Heck, if this little tom wasn't his and Fairytale's son, he was
surely in for a punishment. But he missed his mate dearly and
decided taking him in would do no harm, as much as it hurt to
look at him. "Bambikit, what are you doing here?" he asked,
trying to make his voice as calm as possible. He didn't know him
very well, but from the looks of him, he seemed like a sensitive
little fella.

The nimble kitten looked up at his father, oblivious of the
others around him. "I wanted to be with you, Daddy. Is that
okay?" He asked quietly.

Icestar let out a sigh. So much for keeping his relation to the
kitten a secret, although it wouldn't be very nice for Bambikit
if he had to act like he didn't know his father. He lost his
mother, after all, and he needed a parent to hold onto. "Yes,
that's fine, Bambi," he replied, not smiling, but instead
swiping his tongue over the little tom's head to reveal that he
did care for him very much, even if he didn't show it. He then
turned to the others, who were most likely quite surprised. If
they gave him a weird look, oh well. He didn't really care about
his reputation anymore, or did he? Let's just say Icestar's
feelings are pretty complicated at the moment. "This is
Bambikit, from RainClan, but you treat him like he's your
clanmate. He's part of FrozenClan now," the leader informed. He
didn't say it, but his cold stare obviously meant he would slit
their throats if they hurt him.

Did he do something wrong? Icestar's sigh assured him of that.
But he wouldn't press until another time, being accepted into
the Clan was enough to ask for. The young tom smiled brightly
after a few seconds, turning to the cats around them. These were
FrozenClan cats? They didn't seem so mean. Daddy didn't seem so
mean either. Bambi let a mental frown into his mind, and decided
to never listen to rumors again. "Thank you," he mewed, as
slowly as he could. Usually a kitten would be excited, hop
around camp and smile a bunch. Well, he would too. But it
already seemed like he did something wrkng in front of his
father, and he didn't want to embarrass him any further.
