[center][font=georgia]lionpaw, or commonly known as leo, was
weakly limping through the camp, her broken leg really upsetting
her. although she was working on getting around. she'd been
attacked, and when she was she had her leg broken, but she could
still remember the sickening snap and the torture that seemed to
go on forever. anyways, she wanted to stop focusing on that, so
instead she scanned the area, chocolate optics landing on a new
cat that she hadn't seen before.
"um, excuse me? you, the new one here, could you come here for a
second?" the golden feline called out, not wanting to hurt
herself ever more moving with her leg.[/font][/center]

The tom held back a growl, but only because she was clearly
hurt. But did she really have to call him the new one? Didn't
she listen to gossip around the Clan? Guess not. The large tom
padded forward slowly, the tip of his tail flicking. "Hey, kid."
he greeted, not knowing the medic apprentice's name. "Its
Roanoke, not 'the new one'."

"One of the five." he noted, the tip of his tail flicking. He
remembered Streamflow mentioning that there were five of them,
and he so far only met two. "And is Leo really your name? I want
to be sure I'm usuing formal names, not any nicknames." the tom
did like nicknames, but when they're cute and not annoying. And
when he knew the cat for a while. "I joined a few days ago." he
murmured.

The tom let out a huff of air at how stubborn she was being. He
was sorry to say that he wasn't going to favor her like that,
even if she did have a quality he admired, which was
stubbornness. "Then I'll just call you Miss." He didn't grin
back - it was more of a small, minuscule smirk. "And thanks."

shrug. personally, she hated the use of "miss, ma'am" and "sir."

The tom rolled his eyes, and continued to referr to her as
'Miss'. He would until he gave her a good reason, and to him,
her not liking her own name wasn't good enough.

through gritted teeth her real name.

Roanoke gave a small chuckle. "I don't see how you don't like
it. Lions are strong and powerful." He gave a shrug an put his
mask back on. "Oh well. How old are you?" Maybe if he refrained
from calling her anything it would be better?
