growling. Even pregnant, the deputy wasn't afraid to get angry
and start a brawl.

Silverdrop was out hunting and heard the commotion. She ran and
parted through the bushes and spotted the stranger. "What are
you doing on Rain Clan territory!?" Silverdrop was ready to
ponce on the cat.

Roanoke rose an invisible eyebrow. "Is it that hard not to scent
the border? In fact, I can still smell it." he murmured, a bit
annoyed with how they jumped to conclusions. "And I have no
land, just so you know. And I am here because I wanted to join.
Now, I know for a fact that its much easier to just stand by the
border. But do you know how long I stood there, and not one
living soul came by?" he asked, the tip of his tail twitching.
"At least I didn't enter your camp likesome idiots would." he
directed his attention to the over reacting she-cat
(Silverdrop). Not meaning that she was the idiot, but she was an
idiot for bowing down and gettings ready to pounce.

Nyeh, nyeh, nyeh. Everyone who trespassed was always so
innocent, apparently. Poor, poor kitty, he had to stand there
and wait forever! And nobody would ever come, ever. Because
RainClanners didn't ever patrol their territory. Yeh, it was
obvious Streamflow was tired of the continuous excuses for
everything. She resisted the urge to roll her eyes and smiled.

Deli lashed her tail and straightened. "What's your name?" She
switched to deputy mode, eyes hard, cold, and unforgiving. If he
thought he could just lie and say that he meant to join, while
only causing havoc, Deli would rip his throat out herself. On
the spot.

Emptypromises had just finished checking the borders and found
the scent of an unknown cat. He followed the trail, ears perked,
and then stopped moving, silent as he watched and listened the
group. Without a sound he walked up right behind the tom and sat
down, scanning the looks on their faces before he said anything.
They all looked annoyed, especially Deliriadreams. His claws
came out in case the tom decided to attack, and he growled
coldly, "If you were smart enough, you would know not to cross
the border." His tail lashed. "We don't like others on our
territory." Yeah, maybe there had been a lot in the past and
nobody had really cared, but now that he was the assistant
deputy, he was more serious. Eppy knew that in moments like
this, it was good that he towered over everybody.

The tom pricked his ears when Emptypromises approached, but
clearly ignored him. Does he think that Roanoke is an idiot?
They probably all did, and all because he crossed a damn border.
What the hell? Sure, a kit or a female could wonder onto the
territory and they would all be open paws. But once a full grown
tom comes in and explains exactly why he was there, he gets
questioned and judged. What a sexist Clan! He should've went to
a different Clan, honestly. But nope. It just had to be
RainClan, and he was intent on joining. Obviously, with a piece
of his mind being put in.
"Its Roanoke." he muttered calmly, slowing his tail to a stop.
He continued to ignore Emptypromises, though. Roy knew that he
should've waited. He just got irritated - should he have
expected to wait hours, since these cats only patrolled certain
times of the day? Why the hell should he have done that when he
could easily push forward and get noticed quicker. But, since
this group of cats was clearly being sexist or something, he
should've expected less of a welcoming approach and more of a
interrigating approach.
