[center]I remember the good old days.
I started out as an anxious kit, always interested in herbs.
Then I finally became a medicine cat apprentice.
Oh how much I was happy.
And now im lying here, on the ground.
I see from my blurred vision
Kits and blood.
Only one kit continues to squirm and move through the liquid,
and the others remain still and silent.
Oh how I remember the good times.
I became friends with many people.
I saw my brother for the first time.
But now here I am.
And all those memories...
All of them..

Stygianpaw saw and ran over. She gasped and checked for a pulse,
but there was none. Since she would have kits soon, she decided
to take care of it. Picking up the kit, she went to the medicine
cat den, put down the kit, and said sadly, "Silentscreams is
dead. She died delivering her kit. I decided I'll take care of
it, so I need some borage, and we should tell the Clan of her
death. They'll be upset."

Streamflow bolted upright when the scent of death hit her
nostrils. Who was it now? Eppy? Pheo? Styg? Owly? Deli? Please
no please please please no... She couldn't stand the death of
one of her close friends. She didn't really want to find out who
it was, because she loved all her clanmates.

Looking over finally she discovered it was Silentscreams who had
died, and she felt a rush of relief pulse through her. but she
instantly felt guilty about that, since she should feel the same
remorse for all cats who passed away. She was just glad it
wasn't someone close to her. The medic bowed her head.

Pheo just came back from herb hunting when the scent of blood
hit her nose. Her first thoughts were focused on if their was a
battle; she would have to get to work right away. But she didn't
see anyone limping around or injured, so she then thought that
someone just got a bad cut while hunting. She followed the scent
to Streamflow, then looked over at Silentscreams, and frowned.
This was even worse than a battle.
"She will be missed, right, Streamflow?" she asked, forcing
herself to hold back tears of the fact that her friend was gone.
She only encountered death once - and it was her fault that he
died. Since then the female grew up. At least, she thought she
did. But seeing another death, and thinking the worse ( What if
she was around? Would Silentscreams have survived then? ) made
the kitten in herself come out again, causing her to ask such a
silly question.

The surviving kitten flinched as she was set in an unknown nest.
Her paws scented and were covered of blood.
Mazey watched the moment, then dashed after to the mediicne
cat's den, instantly curling up beside the kit.
