Herbstar sat on her rock.
"Attention! I have a few announcements to make!"
She yowled across the camp.
"First I would love to mention a new rank. This rank is called a
'Messenger'. These cats are High Ranks. They will get this so
called 'bag' to put over their back. They will go to many clans
a day and come back hopefuly with a letter."
"I would also love to promote a special cat. Flower, would you
do the honors of stepping up to become a full doctor?
She looked down at Flower.
[sorry dawny i was gonna ask you beforehand but i wanted to make
the meeting right away Dx]

Flower, with widening green optics, stared up at the leader
excitedly. "Y-yes ma'am! I accept," she purred as her face
brightened even more than before. Although she was nervous,
since she didn't have everything completely and perfectly
memorized, but she did know a lot and was determined to work
harder to do her job well.
