A female gray brindle greyhound wandered the busy streets of a
large city, her head hanging low with a lonely look in her eyes.

A large, long furred, pointed-eared dog saw her. This dog was a
mix of a German shepherd, a great Dane, and a Bernese mountain
dog. He was fully grown, too, so he was huge. His name was
Artemis.

The female turned and couldn't keep her eyes from going wide and
her mouth quivering. "I....I..I-" Ashley stepped back fearfully.
She was a tall dog breed, a greyhound, but he was still quite
large compared to her. Especially when she crouched down and
immediately gave him dominance over her.

Ooooh! An Austrailian Shephard! She was a tiny miniature one,
with a yellow bandana. And she was brindle. Her name was Match.
She lolled her tongue out and padded to the two dogs, and seeing
as she was smaller then both of them, no point in giving them
dominance.

He tilted his head, wondering why she was crouching. Artemis
barked, "Hello, I'm Artemis."

The fear drained from her pose and she let herself stand up.
"H-hello," she replied, blinked her big dark brown eyes at him
before glancing over at the smaller female. "I'm...Ashley."
