Don't forget me, I beg. [Autumn's death ?!]

Autumnheart lay there, her new kits squirming beside the brown
cat. She was beside a pool of blood, she felt weak, her breath
becoming shallower and shallower by the minute, these were her
last minutes to live, she had to quickly name these two kits,
before her time runs out.
She summoned her remaining strength and lifted her head to look
at a young she-kit, a lighter brown like her father, but green
eyes like her mother. Autumn came up with the best name she
could think of at this rate. "Ringkit." The dying cat murmured,
and turned to Ringkit's brother.
This one had her mother's coat, and icy blue eyes like
Frogjump's, one of his paws were a pure white, also a white dash
on his nose. "Labkit, yes." She quietly said, weakly nudging
Ringkit and Labkit closer to her. Autumn suddenly coughed and
lay her head back down, a smile fading on her muzzle as she
closed her eyes. "I love you guys, don't forget me, I beg..."
She whispered at Autumnheart, after all this time, drew her last
breath, and lay there. Dead. Labkit and Ringkit mewling quietly.
Autumn opened her eyes to see another universe, she felt healed,
energetic as she used to be. She saw the figure a cat
approaching her. Autumn regonized the frail figure of her
step-mother, Ghostfeather.
"Come with me, your free now."
OOC~ I'm playing Ringkit, if anyone wants Labkit or you have a
cat that wants to adopt them, go ahead C:

Angel limped forward, the white she-cat gasping at the sight of
the kits.
Oh no.
The Medicine Cat Apprentice attempted to pick them up and move
them away from their dead mom, where she'd lay down next to
them. Only to keep them warm until someone else came, of course.

Snowpaw approached the scene, dropping her recently caught prey
in shock. "Oh no..." Her eyes trailed away from the still
she-cat to the two squirming kittens, her heart melting at the
sight of the helpless orphans. "I can help..." she offered, her
voice soft and quiet as she stepped towards the medicine cat
apprentice. Poor things...

Ringkit mewled and buried her face in this new cat's fur. She
knew this cat wasn't her mother, but she ignored that.

Angel nodded, standing up after the other cat offered to take
care of them.
"Thank you, so much. I don't think I'd be able to take care of
kits- I'm practically one myself. An apprentice, especially a
medicine one, shouldn't be... Y'know. Taking care of kits as
well."

"Of course." Snowpaw breathed as she put on a small smile, which
grew bigger when she looked down at the two young ones. She laid
herself close beside them and carefully wrapped her tail around
them. What Angel had said, it sounded as if she would
permanently care for them, and it sounded insane. But it didn't
stay that way for long and it quickly settled down in her mind.
She had never thought of raising kits, and now it seemed one
goal at the top of her list as she warmed the newborns. "Do you
know the father?" she asked with concern, glancing over at the
warrior's carcass. She barely knew Autumnheart, even if their
Clan was small, she had only seen her around but never talked to
her.

Angel shook her head.
"No. I do wish she'd come to the Medicine Den when she felt the
contractions- I could have helped her.."
The white she-cat gazed for a moment at Auburnheart, the bloody
body.
"I'll take her into the middle of camp for a vigil."
