Shockpaw was just sitting in the den, sorting through the herbs
and testing himself. He was kind of bored at the moment, but
ignored the thought and continued, getting hungry.

Aurorapaw was heading over to the fresh kill pile, fat belly
rumbling. The snow bengal selected a white rabbit and started to
munch on it.

By that time Shockpaw had headed out to go and grab something to
eat. Picking out a robin, he was about to head back to the den
when Rory walked over. He looked over for a second before
turning to go back.

She sighed glared at the rabbit like it had done something
wrong. Then she took a bite out of it.

"Nothing," she grumbled, deciding she wasn't hungry anymore.
Great, now what was she gonna do with it? Now she was just in a
sour mood; why did Shockpaw have to hold grudges? It was
depressing.

Shockpaw finished off his meal, burying what he didn't want. "I
still don't get why you did that to me," growled the tom,
turning. He went back to his den.

"I'm sorry, okay?" she growled. God, it was hard enough having
to choose between two equally awesome toms without one of them
hating her for her choice. No one was ever going to be happy
with her. She just wanted to hurt something!

He turned around. "Sorry?!" he snapped. "'Sorry' doesn't cut it!
I loved you, and you said you really liked me too. Two seconds
later, you go off and f.ck that b.tch!" snarled Shockpaw. The
tom usually wouldn't swear, but he was extremely angry. "I cared
about you, and you just used me to make him jealous! Yeah, I
figured that out, you know. Just like he used Winterpaw to make
you jealous." The golden tom lashed his tail, angry.

She had no defense, not really a good one anyway. "I was upset,
okay? I wasn't really thinking.." He didn't know how much she
hated herself for being such a jerk.
