watched as the clear sky changed from what it was to a whirlwind
of dark clouds, holding enough water to flood an cave system
camp. spidereye stayed in the safety of his den as the water
droplets fell slowly, then quickened in a matter of seconds. he
waited for cats to huddle in his den or the nursery, because
those were the only two dens that were strong enough to
withstand this type of storm without that much damage.

Deli whimpered and flattened her ears. She needed to make sure
everyone else was okay before her.

Eppy stood beside Deli, ears flat. As assistant deputy, he also
wanted to put others before himself. It was his job. The tabby
looked around for any cats not in a den yet.

He nodded. "The cats can find their ways to the dens. We should
move the food quickly so we don't lose all of it. Then we can
move anything else we need to move."

patrol, then you direct them to the dens." Eppy went to grab
some of the prey and bring it to a small cave-like structure.
Putting it down, he went back to the pile to grab some more of
it.

all the cats to take cover in secure structures.

Spidereye watched the two cats rush for the safety of others and
important things, a smile resting on his face. They were
certainly cut out for their jobs, weren't they? "You two should
calm down," he purred though, smiling genuinely. [b]"All cats
are smart enough to stay inside during a storm like this. And
the food? Its only going to get soaked. If anything, it'll taste
more like fish."
