A yearling wolf walked into the camp, tired and bored. He was
bored of sitting around all day, so he'd join one of those Clans
he'd heard about. His name was Forrest.

Phoenixpaw started to leave her den, surprisingly with Dakota
fast asleep on her back. The bat had grown on her, honestly, but
she didn't like that the bat stayed with her every moment it
could. It was in serious conditions at the moment, being albino.
But, hey, Dako did what Dako wanted.
The medic apprentice just barely turned her head to face the
entrance when she spotted the wolf, blinking a few times. Oh
crap. She just stood, slightly petrified. It was still a pup,
but she didn't want the young canine to think that Ms. King on
her back was a snack. She craned over to her back and nudged the
bat, waking it up. After seeing the wolf pup, Dakota darted into
a tree, but hit her head a few times due to the light in her
eyes.
Pheo sighed and shook her head, walking closer to the wolf. She
was more curious than scared now that Dako was safe.

Stream caught the scent of a large animal, and then Phoenixpaw's
getting closer to it. The medic growled and rushed over to
protect her.

Forrest looked up and saw Phoenixpaw walking over. The wolf
didn't know whether to be scared, which was instinct at this
age, or hostile, which was also instinct at this age. He ended
up not moving at all, just watching the cat and sitting there,
looking around. He was catching his breath, so he couldn't talk
right now. Soon he stopped panting, looking over at Pheo and
waiting. When Streamflow rushed over, he whimpered, backing away
and cowering. His tail went between his legs.

He didn't answer at first, but when he did, it was almost not
understandable. Forrest was talking quietly, which is why it was
hard to understand, but it went along the lines of 'don't hurt
me.' The wolf was used to being punished.
