He took off his sweatshirt, jumping in in his t-shirt and
shorts. Evan swam toward a rock not far away, climbing up. He
stood on the top, then grabbed a robin as it flew overhead. He
fixed his grip and held it gently, cooing to it.

She bit her lower lip and changed into the swimsuit with an
extra shirt on because she was embarrassed to show her scars and
bruises. "Ok..." She jumped in with a cannon ball with a running
start.

He gently stroked the bird, and then blew on it, and it
fluttered off. Evan turned and jumped in.

But once her shirt was soaked, you could see all the scars and
signs of serious and intense abuse. "Hahaha!" Oblivious to that
fact, she treaded and laughed. She splashed him playful.

He said, grinning, "Oh, you'll play for that!" he tried to grab
her shoulders and then pull backwards so they would go under for
a few seconds.

She screamed but in a good way and went under. She opened her
eyes under water and waved at him grinning. They submerged at
the same time and she flipped her hair out of her face as she
did.
Although she just met him, she had ultimate trust and faith in
him.
