what's it like in new york city? ;; joining?

[font=georgia]four moved near the border, panting lightly. it
had been three moons since the mammal had left her life of
relative comfort, leaving the kits the once she had looked up to
as an uncle figure had fathered with two strangers who wanted
children but could not have. she didn't mind: raffy, the trader
she had lived with up until he r.ped her was still a slightly
fond memory. a few minutes of misery and three moons of
pregnancy hadn't made her forget the kindness he had once shown
her and the charm she wore around her neck would serve as a
token to remember him by.
now, though, she was ready for a new life, which was why the
black and white female was heading toward the border. she had
heard tales of the clans: most loners had, and wanted to be part
of one, any one. why she wasn't sure, as she was not exactly the
most friendly being ever, but it was something she wanted, so
she would work to get it. if this group didn't accept her she
would just try a different one, and she would try as often as
was needed.

was a d.mn stupid name. four what? four cats? four legs? four
clouds? her parents really could have been a bit more specific.
the greeting having taken almost all of her social grace, she
muttered her intention. "yo part of one of them clans? i want to
join."[/font]

Maybloom came. She was the newest expert, which means she can
let a cat or anyone else in, atleast I think so. She came up and
stood by whoever pudding's rping. She was nearly pregnet, so she
was slow and cranky some times. "Hello there stranger. Im
Maybloom. Pleae state your name and your business of being
here."

she had said only a few feet away? maybloom had to be
approaching when four had stated her name and business. gritting
her teeth so as not to snap out, the female replied. "four, i
want to join your clan, assuming you're part of one."[/font]

she-cat immediately regretted what she'd said; the newcomer
obviously didn't know any of that and she must have sounded like
a know-it-all. But she made up for it by padding out and putting
on a welcoming smile. [color=mediumpurple]"I'm Aurorapaw."

The she-cat nodded. "Okay I will lead you to our camp, and I
will speak with our leader, Icestar, and if she says you can,
you shall join." With that she walked off to the camp. "By the
way this is FrozenClan."

padded off, then, shrugging, followed her. tilting her head to
glance at aurorapaw, before moving it back to make sure she kept
her balance, the femme asked, "if i'm in i kin get one o' yo
fancy-a.s names?"[/font]

Sandman was just leaving camp when he heard the aproaching
voices. Looking around, he spotted the cats and made his way
over to them, a shining golden question mark floating over his
head for all to see.
