The young female never intended to hurt herself, it was just the
fact that she didn't know the territory well and it was easy to
slip and fall.
It started as an ordinary morning, Innocence had been cursing
herself for the torture she caused the tom she loved. The Head's
Partner was walking along the edge of the pool, staring into the
water with a sigh. She started to grow apart from him, and she
didn't like it. But everytime she got close to him, something
went wrong.
When she first got close to him, she went missing and he starved
himself. The second time, she found out that another tom loved
her just as much as Flickeringstar did, but she had to turn him
down. Third time, he impregnated her so-called friend and she
beat him. It was like they weren't meant to be. Ever.
What would happen when their wedding was to happen?
The cinnamon tabby grumbled as she grew a headache at the
thought. Her imagination grew as well, making her think of
explosives, and killers, and knives, and forks, and drowners,
and killings, and wars, and capturings, and break ups, and
birthings and and and and--
Before she could continue, the female put a paw just inside the
water, before any of it turned into a harder surface to slip on,
and slipped herself. She went head first onto the ground, her
brain connecting with her skull and taking damage to her memory.
Drops of blood leaked from her head as the unconscious female
laid with half of her body in the water.

Once the female got real air into her lungs, she coughed up the
water she started to breath in. The female opened her eyes
faintly and looked up at the cats around her, confused.

"It's okay, dear," Jury mewed, "you're breathing, which is good.
Just keep breathing." He quietly said, unsure why she looked so
confused.

Firework limped over, scared. He didn't want to see her hurt,
but he also didn't want to leave her alone. The kitten sat in
front of her.

The female squeaked, pulling away from the leader and watching
him with scared eyes. "Who the hell do you think you are?" she
squeaked, hackles rising. Normally, anyone who was about to
drown would gladly take a cleaning to warm up. But no, not
someone scared and confused. Isn't it always the scared or
confused on who lashes out first?

Firework whimpered. He whimpered, "Mommy? Are you okay?" The
kitten limped to right in front of her and touched his nose to
hers.
